A calm place to land in the heart of Bangkok

We had a great stay here. The location is a huge plus, it's super close to Phaya Thai station, which made commuting to and from the airport very easy since you can directly take the Airport Rail Link. It's also a BTS station which made everyday commute easy. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The host, Auang, was extremely responsive and helpful, and promptly provided additional water bottles and towels whenever we requested them. One thing to keep in mind is that the stairs are quite steep and narrow. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's something to consider if you're traveling with older people or anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place.

SUPER AMAZING! I stayed with my sister, we had the best time at this Airbnb, it was quiet, comfy and the aircon was ❄️ cooolldd. It was super convenient to have a 7-11 just a few steps away and the BTS was right outside. The location was superp just a few stops to places like Siam and Ratchathewi. We well definitely book again! 👏🏻

5/5 Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful short stay at Sasin's Studio Latte. The self check-in instructions were extremely clear and well-explained, which made arriving early in the morning absolutely hassle-free. The apartment itself is in a perfect location — barely a 100-meter walk to Phaya Thai station, making airport access and getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient. The studio is clean, cosy, and thoughtfully decorated, with a warm, minimal aesthetic that feels instantly comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the linen fresh, and the bathroom spotless. We really appreciated how well-maintained everything was. Another huge plus is the laundry facility right downstairs, which is so convenient for travellers on the move. Enjoyed the stay here. What other reviewers said is true - the stairs are steep. Therefore, be careful when you walk up and down the stairs. The host provides additional amenities too - toothbrush, slippers, trash bags. Very clean and spacious.

This was such a wonderful stay for my first visit to Thailand. Auang was so helpful when it came to airport directions and checked-in with me after a few days to make sure evening was fine. We also bumped into each other downstairs and had a lovely conversation about my other holiday plans. The flat is also SO near amazing coffee, food and massage spots as well as the BTS (and direct airport link). Couldn't have asked for a better start to the trip 😊

这里民宿位置真的非常好！旁边就是地铁，特别近，美食也很多！ 房间卫生也很好，房间真的比照片看的更宽大， 是一次特别开心的的体验， 如果拿了特别多行李的话，走楼梯会稍微有点麻烦，但是整体体验是很棒的！期待下次见面！

Sincerely appreciative of how the hosts do their best to make guests comfortable. They are kind, helpful, accommodating and take action to provide solutions. I am touched by their warmth and kindness. Place wise, it's new, cosy, spacious for one pax, and just beside Phaya Thai BTS. Laundromat downstairs so it was really convenient! The only two things I do have to mention as an honest review are environmental factors - please choose this place but just so you can keep in mind and be prepared in case. One, the road just outside is low lying so accumulates rain water quite easily - got my shoes wet. So you might wanna bring a pair of waterproof shoes/slippers. Secondly, there was one or two mosquitoes which can't be helped cos of humid rainy weather and low rise. Hosts have been very kind to provide electric repellent and even bought a spray for the place. Thank you once again for your kind and warm hospitality - I will stay again in future :)

The place is wonderful! We enjoyed staying in unit, it's roomy including the toilet. It's very close to BTS and Airport link, though we took Grab most of the time because of the heat. Highly recommended!

Worth every dollar! The room is new and super clean, and the location couldn't be better. just a 1-minute walk from Phayathai station. If you want to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The host is very kind and responds quickly. I only wish I could've stayed here for the entire trip. I'll definitely book this place again next time I come back!

离帕亚泰空轨站真的非常近！我真的很喜欢这个地方，下次来曼谷争取还能订到这里❤️房间非常宽敞干净，周边虽然靠着马路但也不影响睡觉，如果有洗衣服的需求楼下就是自助洗衣房，过条马路就有个大711，总之就是什么都很方便，房东也很友好，自助式入住也比较适合社恐人。上楼的楼梯虽然有点窄但我感觉还好（箱子32斤左右），门口还有可以取用的雨伞和一次性牙刷，很贴心💜

I've stayed at plenty of AirBnBs and I can wholeheartedly say this was one of my favorites. The place was perfect for me. It was extremely cozy, clean, spacious and had everything one would need while traveling. Not to mention the very convenient laundromat downstairs. The location was great too, only a quick Grab ride to any location worth visiting. Sasin was very responsive and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I would have loved to stay there longer! I highly recommend this AirBnB.

Just steps from BTS Phaya Thai, MRT station and a bunch of good restaurants and coffee shops. The laundromat downstairs is very clean and in great condition, and easy to use. The alley is quite clean too. We stayed at the Latte unit which is just one floor above the laundromat. To clarify, the staircase itself is perfectly fine and well-lit, it's the steps that are thin and require some careful foot placement. We had 3 non-heavy, cabin size or carry on bags and had no issues carrying them up; but I would not recommend this for big bags or lots of heavy luggage. Other than that, the unit was even better than it looked in pictures. Bathroom was large and looked quite newly done. All amenities including AC were working perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. Hosts were responsive and very polite. The room was also quiet at night, with the exception of once or twice a train passing but not every night. We would come back here again anytime!

Great stay for first time in BKK! Located right beside the exit on Phaya Thai BTS, it provides an easy point to get to various sights. If only the walls could be insulated better, as we could hear the vehicles and pedestrians from the main road.

Place was very near BTS, very convenient to travel around Bangkok. Do take note that the stairs to the apartment are very steep and narrow, in case you have family members who struggle.

This was a great place for my short stay in Bangkok! I wanted something away from the main tourist areas but still close to a train station. Very quiet even though it was just off a main road, felt safe as a solo female. The apartment was also much bigger than I expected! Nice to have a kitchen and laundry as well even though I didn't really use it.

This is a great place to stay if you are coming to Bangkok! Right outside BTS Phaya Thai, you are linked to both the main shopping area as well as the airport rail link, making it easy to reach BKK airport. The place in itself was nice, everything was in good condition and it's decorated tastefully. The laundromat located on ground floor is very useful as well. Would always recommend and consider staying there again.

This is an amazing place to stay. It's super close to the station as well as the airport line. Takes only 30 mins to airport. It is an ideal flat, I would want to live in forever. Walkable distance to all big shopping malls like siam and central world. The neighbourhood is nice and cute too with several message places around, 711 and restaurants. I think this place is a new one, so everything is still in pristine condition. Everything is so perfect. the bed, the aircon, the sofa, the bathroom, the kitchen there's just one issue : the stair steps are too narrow, especially if you must carry a large and heavy luggage The host is very responsive since I booked the place in sudden time. The location is very best but there are no escalators to reach the BTS station or to go down from the BTS station. There is a coin laundry on the 1st floor, so convenience. Conclusion : very recommended

It was super convenient to have a 7-11 just a few steps away and the BTS was right outside. The location was superp just a few stops to places like Siam and Ratchathewi. The self check-in instructions were extremely clear and well-explained, which made arriving early in the morning absolutely hassle-free. The apartment itself is in a perfect location — barely a 100-meter walk to Phaya Thai station, making airport access and getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient. The studio is clean, cosy, and thoughtfully decorated, with a warm, minimal aesthetic that feels instantly comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the linen fresh, and the bathroom spotless. Enjoyed the stay here. What other reviewers said is true - the stairs are steep. Therefore, be careful when you walk up and down the stairs. The host provides additional amenities too - toothbrush, slippers, trash bags. Very clean and spacious.

This was such a wonderful stay for my first visit to Thailand. Auang was so helpful when it came to airport directions and checked-in with me after a few days to make sure evening was fine. We also bumped into each other downstairs and had a lovely conversation about my other holiday plans. The flat is also SO near amazing coffee, food and massage spots as well as the BTS (and direct airport link). Couldn't have asked for a better start to the trip 😊

这里民宿位置真的非常好！旁边就是地铁，特别近，美食也很多！ 房间卫生也很好，房间真的比照片看的更宽大， 是一次特别开心的的体验， 如果拿了特别多行李的话，走楼梯会稍微有点麻烦，但是整体体验是很棒的！期待下次见面！

Sincerely appreciative of how the hosts do their best to make guests comfortable. They are kind, helpful, accommodating and take action to provide solutions. I am touched by their warmth and kindness. Place wise, it's new, cosy, spacious for one pax, and just beside Phaya Thai BTS. Laundromat downstairs so it was really convenient! The only two things I do have to mention as an honest review are environmental factors - please choose this place but just so you can keep in mind and be prepared in case. One, the road just outside is low lying so accumulates rain water quite easily - got my shoes wet. So you might wanna bring a pair of waterproof shoes/slippers. Secondly, there was one or two mosquitoes which can't be helped cos of humid rainy weather and low rise. Hosts have been very kind to provide electric repellent and even bought a spray for the place. Thank you once again for your kind and warm hospitality - I will stay again in future :)

The place is wonderful! We enjoyed staying in unit, it's roomy including the toilet. It's very close to BTS and Airport link, though we took Grab most of the time because of the heat. Highly recommended!

Worth every dollar! The room is new and super clean, and the location couldn't be better. just a 1-minute walk from Phayathai station. If you want to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The host is very kind and responds quickly. I only wish I could've stayed here for the entire trip. I'll definitely book this place again next time I come back!

I've stayed at plenty of AirBnBs and I can wholeheartedly say this was one of my favorites. The place was perfect for me. It was extremely cozy, clean, spacious and had everything one would need while traveling. Not to mention the very convenient laundromat downstairs. The location was great too, only a quick Grab ride to any location worth visiting. Sasin was very responsive and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I would have loved to stay there longer! I highly recommend this AirBnB.

The alley is quite clean too. We stayed at the Latte unit which is just one floor above the laundromat. We had 3 non-heavy, cabin size or carry on bags and had no issues carrying them up; but I would not recommend this for big bags or lots of heavy luggage. Other than that, the unit was even better than it looked in pictures. Bathroom was large and looked quite newly done. All amenities including AC were working perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. Hosts were responsive and very polite. The room was also quiet at night, with the exception of once or twice a train passing but not every night. We would come back here again anytime!

Great stay for first time in BKK! Located right beside the exit on Phaya Thai BTS, it provides an easy point to get to various sights. If only the walls could be insulated better, as we could hear the vehicles and pedestrians from the main road.

This was a great place for my short stay in Bangkok! I wanted something away from the main tourist areas but still close to a train station. Very quiet even though it was just off a main road, felt safe as a solo female. The apartment was also much bigger than I expected! Nice to have a kitchen and laundry as well even though I didn't really use it.

Right outside BTS Phaya Thai, you are linked to both the main shopping area as well as the airport rail link, making it easy to reach BKK airport. The place in itself was nice, everything was in good condition and it's decorated tastefully. The laundromat located on ground floor is very useful as well. Would always recommend and consider staying there again.

Not that many nice restaurants walking distance, but the ones there are really good. Public transport is super easily reachable. Walkable distance to all big shopping malls like siam and central world. The neighbourhood is nice and cute too with several message places around, 711 and restaurants. Everything is so perfect. the bed, the aircon, the sofa, the bathroom, the kitchen there's just one issue : the stair steps are too narrow, especially if you must carry a large and heavy luggage The host is very responsive since I booked the place in sudden time. The location is very best but there are no escalators to reach the BTS station or to go down from the BTS station. There is a coin laundry on the 1st floor, so convenience. Conclusion : very recommended

Enjoyed the stay here. What other reviewers said is true - the stairs are steep. Therefore, be careful when you walk up and down the stairs. The host provides additional amenities too - toothbrush, slippers, trash bags. Very clean and spacious.

This was such a wonderful stay for my first visit to Thailand. Auang was so helpful when it came to airport directions and checked-in with me after a few days to make sure evening was fine. We also bumped into each other downstairs and had a lovely conversation about my other holiday plans. The flat is also SO near amazing coffee, food and massage spots as well as the BTS (and direct airport link). Couldn't have asked for a better start to the trip 😊

这里民宿位置真的非常好！旁边就是地铁，特别近，美食也很多！ 房间卫生也很好，房间真的比照片看的更宽大， 是一次特别开心的的体验， 如果拿了特别多行李的话，走楼梯会稍微有点麻烦，但是整体体验是很棒的！期待下次见面！

Sincerely appreciative of how the hosts do their best to make guests comfortable. They are kind, helpful, accommodating and take action to provide solutions. I am touched by their warmth and kindness. Place wise, it's new, cosy, spacious for one pax, and just beside Phaya Thai BTS. Laundromat downstairs so it was really convenient! The only two things I do have to mention as an honest review are environmental factors - please choose this place but just so you can keep in mind and be prepared in case. One, the road just outside is low lying so accumulates rain water quite easily - got my shoes wet. So you might wanna bring a pair of waterproof shoes/slippers. Secondly, there was one or two mosquitoes which can't be helped cos of humid rainy weather and low rise. Hosts have been very kind to provide electric repellent and even bought a spray for the place. Thank you once again for your kind and warm hospitality - I will stay again in future :)

The place is wonderful! We enjoyed staying in unit, it's roomy including the toilet. It's very close to BTS and Airport link, though we took Grab most of the time because of the heat. Highly recommended!

Worth every dollar! The room is new and super clean, and the location couldn't be better. just a 1-minute walk from Phayathai station. If you want to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The host is very kind and responds quickly. I only wish I could've stayed here for the entire trip. I'll definitely book this place again next time I come back!

I've stayed at plenty of AirBnBs and I can wholeheartedly say this was one of my favorites. The place was perfect for me. It was extremely cozy, clean, spacious and had everything one would need while traveling. Not to mention the very convenient laundromat downstairs. The location was great too, only a quick Grab ride to any location worth visiting. Sasin was very responsive and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I would have loved to stay there longer! I highly recommend this AirBnB.

Just steps from BTS Phaya Thai, MRT station and a bunch of good restaurants and coffee shops. The laundromat downstairs is very clean and in great condition, and easy to use. The alley is quite clean too. We stayed at the Latte unit which is just one floor above the laundromat. To clarify, the staircase itself is perfectly fine and well-lit, it's the steps that are thin and require some careful foot placement. We had 3 non-heavy, cabin size or carry on bags and had no issues carrying them up; but I would not recommend this for big bags or lots of heavy luggage. Other than that, the unit was even better than it looked in pictures. Bathroom was large and looked quite newly done. All amenities including AC were working perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. Hosts were responsive and very polite. The room was also quiet at night, with the exception of once or twice a train passing but not every night. We would come back here again anytime!

The location was perfect, right next to the airport railway and BTS. We can go shopping and drop off stuff before leaving again without wasting too much time. Great stay for first time in BKK! Located right beside the exit on Phaya Thai BTS, it provides an easy point to get to various sights. If only the walls could be insulated better, as we could hear the vehicles and pedestrians from the main road.

This was a great place for my short stay in Bangkok! I wanted something away from the main tourist areas but still close to a train station. Very quiet even though it was just off a main road, felt safe as a solo female. The apartment was also much bigger than I expected! Nice to have a kitchen and laundry as well even though I didn't really use it.

This is a great place to stay if you are coming to Bangkok! Right outside BTS Phaya Thai, you are linked to both the main shopping area as well as the airport rail link, making it easy to reach BKK airport. The place in itself was nice, everything was in good condition and it's decorated tastefully. The laundromat located on ground floor is very useful as well. Would always recommend and consider staying there again.

This is an amazing place to stay. It's super close to the station as well as the airport line. Takes only 30 mins to airport. It is an ideal flat, I would want to live in forever. Walkable distance to all big shopping malls like siam and central world. The neighbourhood is nice and cute too with several message places around, 711 and restaurants. I think this place is a new one, so everything is still in pristine condition. Everything is so perfect. the bed, the aircon, the sofa, the bathroom, the kitchen there's just one issue : the stair steps are too narrow, especially if you must carry a large and heavy luggage The host is very responsive since I booked the place in sudden time. The location is very best but there are no escalators to reach the BTS station or to go down from the BTS station. There is a coin laundry on the 1st floor, so convenience. Conclusion : very recommended

The self check-in instructions were extremely clear and well-explained, which made arriving early in the morning absolutely hassle-free. The apartment itself is in a perfect location — barely a 100-meter walk to Phaya Thai station, making airport access and getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient. The studio is clean, cosy, and thoughtfully decorated, with a warm, minimal aesthetic that feels instantly comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the linen fresh, and the bathroom spotless. Sincerely appreciative of how the hosts do their best to make guests comfortable. They are kind, helpful, accommodating and take action to provide solutions. I am touched by their warmth and kindness. Place wise, it's new, cosy, spacious for one pax, and just beside Phaya Thai BTS. Laundromat downstairs so it was really convenient! The only two things I do have to mention as an honest review are environmental factors - please choose this place but just so you can keep in mind and be prepared in case. One, the road just outside is low lying so accumulates rain water quite easily - got my shoes wet. So you might wanna bring a pair of waterproof shoes/slippers. Secondly, there was one or two mosquitoes which can't be helped cos of humid rainy weather and low rise. Hosts have been very kind to provide electric repellent and even bought a spray for the place. Thank you once again for your kind and warm hospitality - I will stay again in future :)

The place is wonderful! We enjoyed staying in unit, it's roomy including the toilet. It's very close to BTS and Airport link, though we took Grab most of the time because of the heat. Highly recommended!

Worth every dollar! The room is new and super clean, and the location couldn't be better. just a 1-minute walk from Phayathai station. If you want to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The host is very kind and responds quickly. I only wish I could've stayed here for the entire trip. I'll definitely book this place again next time I come back!

I enjoyed my time at Sasin place it was so clean i don't even know how they clean this good haha the location of the appartement is perfect and coming from the airport and going to it was the smoothest thing ever because of the aiport link which the station of it is right outside the house , loved every bit of staying here and even when i moved to an other place in vietnam i already miss this appartement thank you for your work and see you soon ❤️

I've stayed at plenty of AirBnBs and I can wholeheartedly say this was one of my favorites. The place was perfect for me. It was extremely cozy, clean, spacious and had everything one would need while traveling. Not to mention the very convenient laundromat downstairs. The location was great too, only a quick Grab ride to any location worth visiting. Sasin was very responsive and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I would have loved to stay there longer! I highly recommend this AirBnB.

Just steps from BTS Phaya Thai, MRT station and a bunch of good restaurants and coffee shops. The laundromat downstairs is very clean and in great condition, and easy to use. The alley is quite clean too. We stayed at the Latte unit which is just one floor above the laundromat. To clarify, the staircase itself is perfectly fine and well-lit, it's the steps that are thin and require some careful foot placement. We had 3 non-heavy, cabin size or carry on bags and had no issues carrying them up; but I would not recommend this for big bags or lots of heavy luggage. Other than that, the unit was even better than it looked in pictures. Bathroom was large and looked quite newly done. All amenities including AC were working perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. Hosts were responsive and very polite. The room was also quiet at night, with the exception of once or twice a train passing but not every night. We would come back here again anytime!

The location was perfect, right next to the airport railway and BTS. We can go shopping and drop off stuff before leaving again without wasting too much time. It is also very near the famous Factory Coffee Cafe which is a 5 mins walk over. Check in was easy and the instructions were easy to understand. Great stay for first time in BKK! Located right beside the exit on Phaya Thai BTS, it provides an easy point to get to various sights. If only the walls could be insulated better, as we could hear the vehicles and pedestrians from the main road.

Place was very near BTS, very convenient to travel around Bangkok. Do take note that the stairs to the apartment are very steep and narrow, in case you have family members who struggle.

This was a great place for my short stay in Bangkok! I wanted something away from the main tourist areas but still close to a train station. Very quiet even though it was just off a main road, felt safe as a solo female. The apartment was also much bigger than I expected! Nice to have a kitchen and laundry as well even though I didn't really use it.

Right outside BTS Phaya Thai, you are linked to both the main shopping area as well as the airport rail link, making it easy to reach BKK airport. The place in itself was nice, everything was in good condition and it's decorated tastefully. The laundromat located on ground floor is very useful as well. Would always recommend and consider staying there again.

Not that many nice restaurants walking distance, but the ones there are really good. Public transport is super easily reachable. Everything is so perfect. the bed, the aircon, the sofa, the bathroom, the kitchen there's just one issue : the stair steps are too narrow, especially if you must carry a large and heavy luggage The host is very responsive since I booked the place in sudden time. The location is very best but there are no escalators to reach the BTS station or to go down from the BTS station. There is a coin laundry on the 1st floor, so convenience. Conclusion : very recommended

It's also a BTS station which made everyday commute easy. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The self check-in instructions were extremely clear and well-explained, which made arriving early in the morning absolutely hassle-free. Enjoyed the stay here. What other reviewers said is true - the stairs are steep. Therefore, be careful when you walk up and down the stairs. The host provides additional amenities too - toothbrush, slippers, trash bags. Very clean and spacious.

This was such a wonderful stay for my first visit to Thailand. Auang was so helpful when it came to airport directions and checked-in with me after a few days to make sure evening was fine. We also bumped into each other downstairs and had a lovely conversation about my other holiday plans. The flat is also SO near amazing coffee, food and massage spots as well as the BTS (and direct airport link). Couldn't have asked for a better start to the trip 😊

Sincerely appreciative of how the hosts do their best to make guests comfortable. They are kind, helpful, accommodating and take action to provide solutions. I am touched by their warmth and kindness. Place wise, it's new, cosy, spacious for one pax, and just beside Phaya Thai BTS. Laundromat downstairs so it was really convenient! The only two things I do have to mention as an honest review are environmental factors - please choose this place but just so you can keep in mind and be prepared in case. One, the road just outside is low lying so accumulates rain water quite easily - got my shoes wet. So you might wanna bring a pair of waterproof shoes/slippers. Secondly, there was one or two mosquitoes which can't be helped cos of humid rainy weather and low rise. Hosts have been very kind to provide electric repellent and even bought a spray for the place. Thank you once again for your kind and warm hospitality - I will stay again in future :)

The place is wonderful! We enjoyed staying in unit, it's roomy including the toilet. It's very close to BTS and Airport link, though we took Grab most of the time because of the heat. Highly recommended!

Worth every dollar! The room is new and super clean, and the location couldn't be better. just a 1-minute walk from Phayathai station. If you want to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The host is very kind and responds quickly. I only wish I could've stayed here for the entire trip. I'll definitely book this place again next time I come back!

I enjoyed my time at Sasin place it was so clean i don't even know how they clean this good haha the location of the appartement is perfect and coming from the airport and going to it was the smoothest thing ever because of the aiport link which the station of it is right outside the house , loved every bit of staying here and even when i moved to an other place in vietnam i already miss this appartement thank you for your work and see you soon ❤️

离帕亚泰空轨站真的非常近！我真的很喜欢这个地方，下次来曼谷争取还能订到这里❤️房间非常宽敞干净，周边虽然靠着马路但也不影响睡觉，如果有洗衣服的需求楼下就是自助洗衣房，过条马路就有个大711，总之就是什么都很方便，房东也很友好，自助式入住也比较适合社恐人。上楼的楼梯虽然有点窄但我感觉还好（箱子32斤左右），门口还有可以取用的雨伞和一次性牙刷，很贴心💜

I've stayed at plenty of AirBnBs and I can wholeheartedly say this was one of my favorites. The place was perfect for me. It was extremely cozy, clean, spacious and had everything one would need while traveling. Not to mention the very convenient laundromat downstairs. The location was great too, only a quick Grab ride to any location worth visiting. Sasin was very responsive and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I would have loved to stay there longer! I highly recommend this AirBnB.

Just steps from BTS Phaya Thai, MRT station and a bunch of good restaurants and coffee shops. The laundromat downstairs is very clean and in great condition, and easy to use. The alley is quite clean too. We stayed at the Latte unit which is just one floor above the laundromat. To clarify, the staircase itself is perfectly fine and well-lit, it's the steps that are thin and require some careful foot placement. We had 3 non-heavy, cabin size or carry on bags and had no issues carrying them up; but I would not recommend this for big bags or lots of heavy luggage. Other than that, the unit was even better than it looked in pictures. Bathroom was large and looked quite newly done. All amenities including AC were working perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. Hosts were responsive and very polite. The room was also quiet at night, with the exception of once or twice a train passing but not every night. We would come back here again anytime!

The location was perfect, right next to the airport railway and BTS. We can go shopping and drop off stuff before leaving again without wasting too much time. It is also very near the famous Factory Coffee Cafe which is a 5 mins walk over. Check in was easy and the instructions were easy to understand. The unit was spacious and clean and most importantly the aircon was very cold which helps us cool down in the sweltering Bangkok heat. Only downside was tiny issues such one of the lightbulb in the toilet which needs to be changed as the toilet can get quite dim at night and the tv remote batteries that needs to be replaced.

Great stay for first time in BKK! Located right beside the exit on Phaya Thai BTS, it provides an easy point to get to various sights. If only the walls could be insulated better, as we could hear the vehicles and pedestrians from the main road.

Place was very near BTS, very convenient to travel around Bangkok. Do take note that the stairs to the apartment are very steep and narrow, in case you have family members who struggle.

This was a great place for my short stay in Bangkok! I wanted something away from the main tourist areas but still close to a train station. Very quiet even though it was just off a main road, felt safe as a solo female. The apartment was also much bigger than I expected! Nice to have a kitchen and laundry as well even though I didn't really use it.

This is a great place to stay if you are coming to Bangkok! Right outside BTS Phaya Thai, you are linked to both the main shopping area as well as the airport rail link, making it easy to reach BKK airport. The place in itself was nice, everything was in good condition and it's decorated tastefully. The laundromat located on ground floor is very useful as well. Would always recommend and consider staying there again.

Not that many nice restaurants walking distance, but the ones there are really good. Public transport is super easily reachable. This is an amazing place to stay. It's super close to the station as well as the airport line. Takes only 30 mins to airport. It is an ideal flat, I would want to live in forever. Walkable distance to all big shopping malls like siam and central world. The neighbourhood is nice and cute too with several message places around, 711 and restaurants. Good place. Very accommodating hosts. No elevator, two flights of stairs to reach the second floor room, which is not a problem if you're traveling light.

Everything is so perfect. the bed, the aircon, the sofa, the bathroom, the kitchen there's just one issue : the stair steps are too narrow, especially if you must carry a large and heavy luggage The host is very responsive since I booked the place in sudden time. The location is very best but there are no escalators to reach the BTS station or to go down from the BTS station. There is a coin laundry on the 1st floor, so convenience. Conclusion : very recommended
